
Perfect Fencing Ltd E-Store Policies
We know that a happy customer will probably be a returning customer. To minimize potential problems before they appear, please read our store policies below. Our store policies are in line with Google Checkout’s policies, which can be found at https://checkout.google.com/seller/policies.html.
Buyer Communications and Information
We will not send marketing promotions or materials to your Email account. We do not believe in spamming people with unwanted messages. We never sell or rent buyer information. Your billing and shipping information will always stay with us and will never be sold. All transaction processes will be handled though Google Checkout. We will send status, confirmation, and shipping correspondence directly through Google Checkout.
Order Management
We will capture credit card funds within 7 business days and will fulfill orders within 24 hours of capturing funds. We will maintain reasonable shipping and handling charges when processing your order. If you do not receive your order within 7-10 business days of shipping, please contact us at (614) 568-7002 or E-mail us at sales@perfectfencing.com
so a trace can be placed on the shipment.
Exchange or Return Policy
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. We will first attempt to exchange the item(s) if at all possible or will issue a refund for the full amount of the purchase price if the item(s) is/are out of stock or discontinued. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Perfect Fencing Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return. How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to exchange an item, call our phone number at (614) 568-7002 or E-mail us at sales@perfectfencing.com
- Have your order number ready so we can find your order and authorize an exchange.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

- Authorized returns are valid for 10 days.
- Perfect Fencing Ltd is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

- Special Order merchandise
